Because this years Bacolod Charter Day falls on a Sunday, everything has changed. This year we will get to see street dancing competitions on a weekday. This is because October 19 is Bacolod’s day and as such the day is only reserved for civil military parade, no street dancing even if it falls on a weekend. Check out the schedule below. Masskara Festival 2008 schedule
This year, Masskara 2008 is expected to outdo the Masskara 2007 as Bacolod City is celebrating her 70th year as a chartered city. The celebrations will also mark as a prelude to the grand Masskara Festival 2009 where the City of Smile’s famous festival marks its 30th year.
